This year, my mother-in-law hosted a family brunch at her home on Christmas Eve.  In preparation for the meal, she requested that I create a centerpiece using a little inspiration from her Southern Living holiday decorating book.  (Do not throw me in that brier patch.)   I made wreaths out of freshly cut rosemary and suspended them in vases using ribbon and a few sticks gathered in the yard.  The final result not only looked elegant on the holiday table, it smelled amazing too.
