The earth has made another rotation around the sun and Mademoiselle Mattie Windsor is officially three years old. We celebrated with a party at home and even enlisted the help of the birthday girl herself.

And in true Hurt fashion, there had to be a theme. And what better than Printemps à Paris (Spring in Paris)?…

We transformed the dining room into Café Mattie Windsor complete with black and white awnings, window boxes full of paper pinwheel flowers, and a table set to be drawn all over.

Light blue streamers and fluffy white pom poms simulated a perfect spring sky complete with a kite sailing overhead.

There was no shortage of Eiffel towers, French flags, and fleur de lis.
